She was the first woman to serve as SEC chairman, and the only person to have served as chairman of both the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Former Judge and Chief Justice

Leo E. Strine, Jr. is a former judge in the state of Delaware. He served as the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court from 2014 to 2019. He is Of Counsel at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and the Michael L. Wachter Distinguished Fellow in Law and Policy at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
